pay up front for orders below $150
product will be delivered digitally
seller isn't responsible for loss of product once it's been delivered
customer has the right to two complete revisions during the sketching phase
customer has the right to reasonable minor edits after completion (e.g. eye colour change)
must be paid in $$$
customer is expected to respond quickly and stay in touch during the order
products can't be used commercially without an additional fee
seller can cancel + refund an order at any time
customer does not have the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including datasets or future related tech

this contract applies to the artist (referred to as the "seller") and the person or institution purchasing a work of art (referred to as the "customer" and the "product"). by ordering, the customer agrees to the following:

payments

customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for orders valued at or below [amount]
on orders above [amount], customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront, with the remaining half due on approval of the initial sketch
work will not commence until payment is received according to the schedule above
certain types of work don't allow for split payments — if that's the case, customer will be informed and asked to agree on a different schedule before work begins

product delivery

product will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the customer, after final payment is received

revisions

customer has the right to two complete revisions during the sketching phase

currency conversions

customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in $$$
customer is responsible for any currency conversion costs, transfer fees, or payment provider fees
payment is only considered received once the total amount on the seller's account matches the invoice amount
